The journey of InCorp India began in August 2019 with the merger of 2 Indian business advisory firms – Synthesis Group and Jayesh Sanghrajka and Co LLP, with the InCorp Group. The first major milestone came in December 2019 with the merger of another Indian advisory firm in the fold – PR Gandhi and Co LLP.
Hence, 3 different sets of teams comprising of more than 200 employees and 7 founders formed over a period of 5 decades, united under one banner called “In.Corp Advisory Services Private Limited” alias “InCorp India”.
On 3rd January 2020, InCorp India Launch Event was done for all employees. The purpose of this event was to align everyone on the background of the association of InCorp, it’s vision and outline the integration process to follow over the next couple of months.
The event began with the Co-founders – Mr. Amit Kothari, Mr. Bhavesh Gandhi and Mr. Ashish Sheth highlighting the journeys of their respective firms from its inception and their thought process to merge with InCorp Group.
The Country Head of InCorp India – Mr. Manish Modi narrated the background of what had transpired over the past year in regards to the integration with InCorp Group. He has also shared InCorp vision for 2020 for the Indian business. He further extended his thoughts on future business opportunities by adopting the new methodologies and use of cutting edge information technology and artificial intelligence to deliver the customer expectations by consulting firms in India, which will become a major game changer in advisory industry in India.
A Q&A session was hosted wherein all Co-founders addressed the queries raised by employees and added their thoughts on the business potential, the challenges to tackle and the expectations from the new setup.
