His area of practice primarily includes Direct Tax compliance and litigation, International Taxation, Taxation of Foreign Portfolio Investors, Transfer Pricing, Valuations and Certifications.
He has been involved in advising International & Domestic clients on vexed issues and has an extensive experience in handling high-value tax assignments. He has also handled valuation and due diligence assignments for some of the reputed international brands.
