She is currently a Senior Advisor at TA Associates and has over 30 years of extensive experience in technology and telecom companies.

She is also currently a director for OCBC Bank, Singapore Press Holdings, ams OSRAM AG, Barry Callebaut AG, and Jardine Cycle & Carriage. Her previous senior executive appointments include President Asia Pacific of Vodafone Group, Regional Vice President and Managing Director of Asia Pacific (South) for SAS, Senior Vice President of Applications for Oracle Asia Pacific, and Vice President and Managing Director for Hewlett-Packard Singapore (HP).
