Adam has extensive experience in Company Secretarial, Financial Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Infrastructure Project Financing, Financial Modelling and Valuation. He has also worked across multiple sectors such as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Toll Road, Renewable Energy, Technology, Airports, Commercial Real Estates.
Adam qualified as Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) while working with KPMG London and is an alumni of University of Exeter, UK with a BA in Accounting & Finance (First Class). Adam is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and is a Practicing Certificate (PC) holder.
