  Chan Nga Lai, Alice, is the Vice Chairwoman and Managing Director of the DEPA International Centre and Managing Director of its private arm, the APAC Innovation and Collaboration Centre, promoting digital economy and cross-border innovation in the Asia Pacific. She has held senior roles in Business China and Enterprise Singapore, with extensive leadership experience across Singapore, Greater China, and other APAC and Middle Eastern markets. Her public sector roles span agencies like the International Enterprise Singapore, Infocomm Development Authority and A*STAR, while her private sector experience includes marketing, consultancy, automotive, and real estate industries. Alice holds two master’s degrees and currently serves on various committees and advisory boards in Singapore.

  CEO and Founder, Asia Market Entry

  Steve is the Founder of Asia Market Entry, a Singapore-based firm dedicated to helping companies grow international revenue across Asia and beyond. With over 25 years of experience in business development and global expansion, Steve specialises in guiding companies on how to scale revenue in new markets. Originally from the UK, he relocated to Singapore in 2012 to lead the growth of a software company and has since become a trusted advisor to startups, scaleups, government agencies, and multinational corporations. Under his leadership, Asia Market Entry has supported hundreds of companies on their Asia expansion journey, working alongside partners such as the Singapore Economic Development Board and Microsoft.
