Fiza Alwi is the Regional Director of InCorp Corporate Services and has over 28 years of experience in the field. She oversees a diverse portfolio of both private and public companies, which includes multinational corporations (MNCs), companies listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Variable Capital Companies (VCCs), and Public Companies Limited by Guarantee (PCLGs), among other corporate structures.
In her role, she serves as Company Secretary for various private and public organizations, including those that are publicly listed. Fiza advises and assists clients on a wide range of matters, from routine corporate transactions to complex corporate structuring and pre- and post-initial public offerings (IPOs). Additionally, she provides guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, policy development, and best practices.
Fiza plays a vital role in driving operational excellence within her team. She focuses on strengthening standards and implementing policies and procedures, while also providing leadership and mentorship to ensure her team consistently delivers high-quality services to clients.
