Tina is the Head of ESG at InCorp Singapore, where she leads the firm’s ESG and sustainability agenda, driving strategy, sustainability reporting, and ESG integration to support our clients and stakeholders.
Tina brings over 15 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, and business strategy, with deep expertise across the energy sector and other carbon-intensive industries.
Earlier in her career, she held senior strategy roles at GE Baker Hughes, advising listed companies, private enterprises, and private equity firms.
Her expertise spans ESG and climate strategy, decarbonisation, sustainability reporting, and value creation, and she is a recognised speaker, researcher, and educator in sustainability and corporate strategy.

- Bachelor in Engineering, Major in Electrical Engineering
