On the 19th of June 2024, the InCorp Singapore teams partnered with Methodist Welfare Services (MWS) for a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) community outreach initiative. The teams dedicated their time to visiting senior citizens residing in HDB flats near the 2 Active Aging Centres (AAC) at Kebun Bahru and Pasir Ris.
The primary objective of this heartwarming mission was simple yet profound: the team split into two groups to cover both areas effectively, ensuring they connected with more elderly community members. Their interactions aimed to engage, listen attentively, and distribute specially curated InCorp-sponsored goodie bags. These thoughtful bags were filled with nutritious snacks, MWS-AAC activity leaflets, and essential contact numbers. This gesture reassured the seniors that they hold a significant place in the community and are not forgotten. Furthermore, the team took the opportunity to encourage the elderly residents to participate in the weekly AAC community activities, including engaging in free coffee chats and refreshing exercise classes.
This CSR initiative goes beyond mere outreach, it’s about setting a meaningful precedent today, showcasing compassion, lending a listening ear with utmost sincerity, extending kindness to our seniors, and inspiring our dedicated team members to carry forward this legacy of benevolence.
