Pearline leads the Accounting and Tax team for three acquisitions at InCorp Global. With more than 18 years in the accounting field, she manages comprehensive financial operations, including FP&A, cash flow, and treasury management, and she ensures regulatory compliance for businesses ranging from start-ups to SMEs and MNCs. Additionally, she is a XERO certified advisor, helping clients with software data migration and implementation to leverage technology for enhanced work efficiency.
Previously, at a top-five accounting firm, Pearline worked with various clients, including statutory boards and SGX-listed companies. She contributed to setting up Accounts Departments and establishing Accounting Policies and Processes for her clients.
