Supplier Code of Conduct

This is the Supplier Code of Conduct of In.Corp Global Pte Ltd and its Subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “InCorp” or the “Group”). InCorp is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and sustainably. Our suppliers play a crucial role in upholding these principles throughout our supply chain. This Supplier Code of Conduct below outlines the standards and expectations we require our suppliers to adhere to:

1. Compliance With Laws

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in their countries. This includes but is not limited to labour laws, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and anti-corruption laws.

2. Ethical Business Practices

Suppliers are expected to conduct business with integrity, honesty, and fairness. Any and all forms of corruption, extortion, bribery (including facilitation payments) and embezzlement are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

3. Labour Standards

Suppliers must uphold fundamental human rights and labour standards. This includes complying with all local laws, directives and regulations relating to health and safety in the workplace, providing safe and healthy working conditions, fair wages and benefits, and respecting workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

4. Non-Discrimination and Diversity

Suppliers shall not discriminate against employees or job applicants based on race, colour, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. We value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

5. Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers are expected to minimise their environmental impact and promote sustainable practices. This includes reducing waste, conserving resources, and managing environmental risks associated with their operations.

6. Supply Chain Transparency

Suppliers must disclose their supply chains, including the origin of materials and components used in their products, and take steps to ensure that their suppliers uphold similar standards of conduct. Suppliers will only use subcontractors or other third parties who comply with all applicable laws and regulations and adhere to the same (minimum) standards set forth in this guide.

7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Suppliers must respect the confidentiality of our business information and protect any sensitive data or personal information they may have access to in the course of their work.

8. Conflict-Free Sourcing

Suppliers shall not knowingly source or use any materials or components that contribute to conflict, human rights abuses, or environmental degradation, particularly in regions affected by conflict or instability.

9. Continuous Improvement

Suppliers are encouraged to continuously improve their practices and processes to align with the principles outlined in this Supplier Code of Conduct. We welcome collaboration and dialogue to address challenges and drive positive change.

10. Compliance and Reporting

We may conduct periodic compliance surveys to confirm compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct. However, we expect that suppliers will actively audit and monitor their day-to-day management process concerning this Supplier Code of Conduct.

Failure to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of the Supplier Agreement.

By accepting to do business with InCorp, Suppliers acknowledge their commitment to upholding the principles outlined in this Supplier Code of Conduct and contributing to a responsible and sustainable global supply chain.

InCorp reserves the right to update or revise this Supplier Code of Conduct as necessary to reflect evolving best practices, regulatory requirements, or changes in business operations.
