In her years of experience, Lissa has provided corporate secretarial services to various private companies, charities and public listed companies. Her areas of expertise include corporate secretarial due diligence exercises for merger and acquisition, initial public offering (IPO), company restructuring, striking off, setting up of branch office and visa and employment pass application. She also provides advice on support and advisory work on compliance matters with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Singapore Companies Act, the Code of Corporate Governance and the relevant rules and regulations.
