Sharon Lim is the Head of Corporate Secretarial of InCorp Global and leads a team of corporate professionals to provide compliance, governance, and regulatory advisory to the board and management of InCorp’s clients.
Sharon is a qualified Practicing Chartered Secretary. She has over 25 years of leadership experience and experience as Company Secretary of private and publicly-listed companies, SGX-listed REITs and Business Trusts, funds, trustees, foreign and offshore companies, and non-profit organizations in Singapore. She has assisted companies with global entity management across Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, and Vietnam.
Before joining InCorp, Sharon had worked for renowned professional firms such as Hawksford Singapore and TMF Singapore, servicing clients of various backgrounds and industries, providing support and advisory on compliance matters with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Singapore Companies Act, the Code of Corporate Governance, trust laws and the relevant rules and regulations. She held various senior leadership positions at both Hawksford and TMF and is well-diversified with practical knowledge in Technology & Operations, Finance, Compliance & Risk Management, and Strategic Planning & Market Development.
