This position reports to our InCorp Malaysia office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling full set of accounts including General Ledger and necessary financial reports of our clients prepared by the team members.
- Ensuring timely execution of clients’ accounting functions, including journals, accounting entries, etc., for month-closing and reporting.
- Ensuring clients’ monthly and yearly financial reports are processed accurately and submitted within the deadline set and the ability to prepare monthly performance variance analyses on time.
- Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationships.
- Provide guidance and solutions to clients on a consultancy basis.
- Motivate and coach team members to help them to achieve their full potential.
Job Skills and Minimum Requirements
We look for the following good qualities in the people to be part of our InCorp Malaysia team:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Knowledge of MPERS/MFRS
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
- Required Skills: QuickBooks, XERO, Microsoft Office
