Singapore, 1st September 2021 – InCorp Global – Asia’s leading corporate services provider – is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Singapore Chief Executive Officer, Sarjit Singh.
Atin Bhutani will continue to lead InCorp regionally as the Group CEO across Singapore, Indonesia, India, Hong Kong, Philippines and Malaysia.

Sarjit has over 30 years of multinational experience in financial advisory, including 16 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has led the audit and advisory engagements of various multinational corporations, public listed companies, government-supported enterprises, and financial institutions in Singapore, Australia, and the USA. He was recently conferred the Public Service Star (Bar) by the President of the Republic of Singapore on August 9, 2021, for his significant contributions and public service to the people of Singapore.
In 2019, Sarjit was awarded the SkillsFuture Fellowship, an award that honours individuals as masters of skills and mentors of future talent. Sarjit was also the winner of the Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award in 2012 and was recognised by the Nanyang Technological University as a “financial industry talent and outstanding community leader”.

Prior to joining InCorp, Sarjit served as the CFO of AIA Singapore and Aviva Asia, where he was responsible for formulating and implementing financial and commercial strategies in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Asia-Pacific region. He also served as the CFO of AIG Global Investment Corporation, AIG Global Real Estate, and AIG Private Bank.
Sarjit is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of both the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Sarjit completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and is an alumni of Harvard University.
