Singapore’s and South-east Asia’s leading corporate service provider, In.Corp Global, has emerged as one of the winners in the inaugural SME Digital Leap Award for large SME enterprise category awards jointly organised by the United Overseas Bank (UOB) and NTUC U SME – a labour movement initiative set up in 2014, to help SMEs tackle critical issues and challenges. The award was presented on April 17, 2019, at a special ceremony held at in Shangri-La Hotel’s Tower Ballroom.

The awards were introduced in October 2018, at the event, Winning in the Digital Economy for SMEs, by NTUC Deputy Secretary-General, Heng Chee How, and was attended by more than 200 SMEs. There are three SME winners [business level] and one individual winner [individual level] in each category of SME – micro, medium, and large, along with an overall winner.

In.Corp Global won the award in the Large SMEs category under the business level.

“This is our way of honouring SMEs in Singapore that has made efforts to digitalise and transform their business. This award recognises well-rounded excellence in three areas: digital enablement, employee development and leadership direction, as well as an award category for SME employees who have been instrumental in championing digitalisation efforts within their companies. The awards also serve as a platform for businesses and their individual digital champions to showcase their success stories and inspire SMEs within their industry in adopting digital innovation,” the organizers said while explaining the reason behind launching the awards.

The platform is guided by the innovative automated business logic sense powered by AI, and it efficiently automates the elements of the service process that do not require a human interface. Hence, while service quality and delivery are standardised and consistent, customers’ experience and perception of service remain personalised.
