Strategic Acquisition Bolsters InCorp Global’s Core Services & Consulting Offerings and Adds to Senior Management Team

SINGAPORE – November 21, 2017 – InCorp Global announced today the acquisition of APP Management Advisory Pte Ltd, CA Trust Solutions Pte Ltd and CA Trust Taxation Pte Ltd, part of CA Trust Group comprising its Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Taxation and Consulting practices. CA Trust Group is a full-fledged professional services group headquartered in Singapore. In.Corp is Singapore’s leading corporate services company.

Paul Tan will assume a Senior Management role in InCorp Global and spearhead Consulting and Accounting Advisory. Paul’s 25-year career in accounting includes extensive audit and assurance experience in public accounting firms and a 2-year stint as an internal auditor of a Singapore public listed company. He has been a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since 1995 and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 1996. He is also a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and the Singapore Institute Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP). He currently serves as an independent director on the Boards of four Singapore public listed companies; Sin Ghee Huat Corporation Ltd, Serial System Ltd, Second Chance Properties Ltd and China Sunsine Chemical Holdings Ltd.
Yap Yong Song, Lim Lian Soon and Mandy Ong from CA Trust’s Management Team will assume leadership positions in InCorp Global.
