Investment Strengthens InCorp Global’s Position as Major Regional Corporate Services Player

SINGAPORE – February 5, 2018– InCorp Global, Singapore’s leading corporate services company, announced today the acquisition of JMA Consultants, a business management and consultancy firm headquartered in Singapore and Johor, Malaysia. JMA Consultants focuses on assisting both local and foreign business entities with company registration, accounting, taxation and immigration. The acquisition of JMA Consultants will further solidify InCorp Global’s position as a major regional corporate services player.

Andy Tan and Serene Liew’s respective 30-year and 20 year-careers in accounting and taxation include extensive experience and training at Deloitte and Urbach Hacker Young International (UHYI). At JMA Consultants, they are supported by a team of 8 qualified, professional staff, and specialize in taxation, having worked closely with both foreign and local companies, and expatriate individuals in the matter of tax reporting in Singapore.
Both Andy and Serene will continue to spearhead operations apart from assuming larger responsibilities within InCorp Global.
