In.Corp Global – Singapore’s leading corporate services provider – is merging six of its subsidiaries with effect from January 1, 2019. The amalgamated subsidiaries, which include the following will officially become part of the parent company, In.Corp Global Pte Ltd (under Section 215 of the Singapore Companies Act) from the aforementioned date.

“With this move, we are seamlessly combining our full range of corporate services under one roof, and businesses can look forward to more efficient deliverables and dedicated support from our highly-trained and professional teams across the group. This, in turn, will strengthen the group’s goal to be a leading corporate services provider in Singapore and Southeast Asia,” said Christine Lim, Group Head, Corporate Secretarial Practice at In.Corp Global.

“After the merger of the subsidiaries into InCorp Global, all existing customers of the subsidiaries will be continued on the same terms and conditions, and their contact persons will remain the same. They can also be assured that there will be no change in the level of service provided. With the amalgamation of these subsidiaries under a single entity “InCorp” will not just further streamline the existing processes, but also enhance the group’s ability to offer several new and unique services to serve businesses better,” she added.
