Singapore, 10th May 2021 – TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, has completed a majority investment in InCorp Global while EQT Private Equity, Helix Capital, and other shareholders have exited their stake. Some members of the Management team remain shareholders and partners with TA Associates.
